For more than 25 of those years, I’ve had the privilege of owning and operating my own insurance agency, building relationships based on trust, reliability, and personalized service.
Originally from McAllen, Texas, I now call Edinburg home, where I continue to focus on serving my community with their insurance needs. I am passionate about helping people navigate the often-complex world of insurance, ensuring they find the coverage that best suits their unique situations.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me running, working on some crafts, or playing with my wonderful grandson. I am a dedicated insurance agent with over 10 years of experience helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. My journey into the world of insurance has been both unconventional and deeply rewarding.
I started my professional career as a scientist, earning a degree in entomology from Texas A&M University (Gig ‘Em!) and later completing my master’s degree at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. I have always had a passion for understanding the intricate workings of the natural world, and my time as a scientist allowed me to explore this passion fully. However, life led me down a different path—one that brought me back to my roots and into the family business. Joining the insurance industry was a significant shift, but it has proven to be an equally fulfilling endeavor.
Outside of work in the insurance world, I am also the President of the Hidalgo-Star County A&M Club for former students, I manage a brokerage trucking company, and I am the Chief Operating Officer of a cattle company where we put on youth rodeos in the community. I am truly passionate about everything I do and enjoy helping my community. It’s a privilege to combine my diverse experiences and expertise to serve others, and I’m grateful every day for the opportunity to do what I love.
